Once several people start working on the site it will become much more complicated checking what has been done, and what needs doing.

I am currently using check sheets for each show on the website.  Of course, they are never quite up to date, as they change every day.   I have just checked the Live Drive copies against my paper/scribbling copies, so the ones on Live Drive are fairly accurate for today.

Bear in mind that occasionally things have been uploaded, but don’t appear immediately (I have to nag John to tweak things) – so for a complete check I don’t look at the Show Page, but backstage (to see what has actually been uploaded, even if it doesn’t display correctly).

In addition, the Oral Histories fields are almost certainly out-of-date, as I haven’t double-checked all OH to see which have been linked to particular shows.
